1. Sales Agreement and Price
- Product prices are listed in euros (€) directly on the product pages.
- A delivery fee is added to the price, depending on the region and selected delivery method.
- The sales agreement enters into force upon receipt of 100% payment into the bank account of GardenBee OÜ.
- Plant photographs are for illustrative purposes. The actual appearance of the plant may vary depending on the season, growth stage, and lighting conditions.
2. Ordering and Payment
- Payment can be made via bank links (LHV), payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
- Orders from 50€ can be paid in installments or with a delay through InBank.
- Orders from 100€ are eligible for InBank hire-purchase (buy now, pay later).
- If the goods cannot be delivered, the Seller shall refund the paid amount (including delivery) immediately, but no later than within 14 days.
- Personal data is transferred to the bank only to the extent necessary for the transaction.
3. Delivery Schedule and Seasonality
The Seller considers the biological cycles of plants. Shipping is carried out during the following periods:
- Live plants in pots: from April 20 until late autumn (after signs of growth appear).
- Autumn bulbs: from August 30 to October 30.
- Seeds: processed and shipped year-round.
- Timeframe: delivery within the Baltic states takes 2–14 business days after the agreement enters into force.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions (Returns)
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. However, pursuant to VÕS § 53 (4), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases:
- Perishable goods: live plants, saplings, bulbs, and roots. These products lose their commercial value quickly or may perish if care instructions are not followed.
- Special orders: goods brought from the manufacturer's warehouse specifically for the Buyer's order (including large quantities that the Seller cannot resell to other customers within a reasonable time).
- Opened packaging: seeds and garden chemicals in damaged or opened packaging are not eligible for return.
- Late collection: the Seller is not responsible for the death of plants if the Buyer failed to collect the parcel from the terminal on time or if the courier was unable to establish contact.
The costs of returning the goods (if a return is possible) shall be borne by the Buyer.
5. Quality and Claims
- The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt. In case of damage to the packaging or product, take a photo and send a claim to info@plantsgarden.eu.
- The Seller is not responsible for the viability of plants if the Buyer has violated care, storage, or agricultural guidelines.
6. Data Processing and Disputes
- Data is used solely for order processing and delivery. Marketing materials are sent only with the Buyer's consent.
- Disputes are settled through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (komisjon.ee).
