Description:
Early, high-yielding, disease-resistant hybrid.
Can be grown for autumn harvest or storage. Sow seeds from 20 May to 10 June.
Roots are 25-30 cm long, sweet, and aromatic. Contain natural pigment anthocyanin, making the roots purple, inside and out.
Retain color after heat treatment. Can be consumed fresh, suitable for salads and juices.
