Description: Timur is a table grape variety with a very early ripening period (105-115 days), of medium or weak growth strength. Clusters weigh 400-600 g, are cylindrical-conical and conical, moderately loose, less often moderately dense. Berries are large, 29x21 mm, 6-8 g, nipple-shaped or oval, with a pointed tip, white, with an amber or light brown tan in the sun. The berry flesh is crunchy, firm, with a muscat aroma. The skin is thin, tearable. Shoots mature very well. Prefers light and warm soils; on heavy soils, the quality of the crop worsens, and a tart-herbaceous aftertaste appears in the berry skin, which usually disappears upon full ripening. It propagates easily and yields quickly. The Timur grape variety has increased disease resistance, with frost resistance down to -25°C.
