Description:

The Hydrangea Pixio is an excellent choice for both gardens and containers, thanks to its vibrant coloration and robust growth. The blossoms of this shrub strikingly change from white-lime green to green and then to pink. Pixio is compact, reaching about 80 cm in both height and width. Its dense branching ensures the plant looks lush and is abundantly flowering. The flower stems are sturdy, with more bloom panicles than many common paniculata hydrangea varieties. The petals are exceptionally fine. Hydrangea Pixio prefers sunny to semi-shaded spots with fertile, moist, yet well-drained soil. This shrub makes a wonderful addition to shrub borders, as well as being ideal for mass planting or for placement in containers on a terrace or balcony. It is hardy to -30 ºC.
