Perennial flowers known for their long and profuse flowering throughout the summer. Best grown in permeable, moist, but not soggy soil in a sunny, windless area. Ideal planting time is the end of April, with tubers placed at a depth of 10-12 cm and watered thoroughly.

During winter, it is important to store indoors. Remove from soil in the second half of September, dry the bulbs, and store them at a temperature of 4-6 ˚C.
