Description: This rose is named after a famous French pastry chef who was enchanted by the shade of the flower, so closely matching the hue of his exquisite almond biscuit (macaroon with filling). The flowers are 8-10 cm in diameter, very beautiful, double, of an old-fashioned shape, quartered, and raspberry-pink. The fragrance is strong, with notes of cherry, vanilla, caramel, and grapefruit.
