Description: The perennial tulip Izumi has a bicolored appearance. The base of the buds is cream-colored, gradually transitioning into a pink, needle-like fringe. The plant may appear delicate, but the stems are sturdy and straight, with lanceolate-elongated leaves that seem to embrace the stems.
