Vaccinium corymbosum BLUECROP

Size: 1.5L

Plant age: 2 y.

Blueberry Bluecrop is the best mid-season industrial variety with very high frost resistance (withstands up to -30°C). It is one of the main commercial blueberry varieties in Europe. The berries are large, flattened in shape, and gathered in small clusters. They have a blue color with a distinct light blue bloom, excellent transportability, and long shelf life. The flesh is sweet with a pleasant taste and a slight acidity. The yield is 6–9 kg per bush. The bush is tall, requires regular pruning, and grows to a height of 1.7–2.0 meters. This variety is frost-resistant (tolerates up to -30°C) and resistant to major diseases. It is grown in acidic soil.
