INDIAN CANNA (Canna Indica L.)
Stunning perennials boasting decorative flowers and leaves, INDIAN CANNA thrive when planted from a piece of rhizome between February and April. They should be initially cultivated in a pot and only transplanted outdoors after the danger of frost has passed.
Height: Grows optimally in sunny locations with fertile, loose, and humus-rich soil that remains consistently moist.
Winter Care: To ensure plant health, DO NOT LEAVE IN THE SOIL DURING WINTER. Dig up by the second half of September; then store the dried rhizomes during the winter at a temperature of +4-6 ˚C.
Note: Potatoes, onion, garlic, and flower bulbs are not shipped when temperatures fall below 0°C to ensure optimal storage conditions.
