CANNA Canna Indica L. is a perennial plant prized for its ornamental flowers and leaves. Plant a piece of the rhizome in a pot during February-April, and transplant outdoors only after the risk of frost has passed. This plant thrives in full sun, in well-fertilized, loose, humus-rich soil with adequate moisture.
STORE INDOORS DURING WINTER: Rhizomes should be removed in the second half of September, dried, and stored at +4-6˚C throughout the winter months.
