Perennial Flowers Experience long and abundant blooming all summer long. Ideal for growth in permeable, moist (but not soaked) soil, these flowers thrive in a sunny, windless location. In March or April, plant rhizomes in a peat substrate or light compost. Once the danger of frost has passed, transition the plants outdoors and plant them 10–15 cm deep. Note: No overwintering in the soil is required. Indian Shots should be carefully dug up in the second half of September. Store the dried rhizomes at a temperature of 4 to 6°C over the winter months.
