Height of the adult plant: 50-60 cm

Discover the Abies koreana 'Tundra': A Compact and Wide-Spreading Dwarf Variety for Your Garden

The Abies koreana 'Tundra' is a compact and wide-spreading dwarf form that reaches a height of 0.5-0.6 meters and a width of about 1 meter at ten years of age. The plant features striking dark green needles, making it particularly decorative. It's ideal for planting in rock gardens and as part of flower bed compositions. The 'Tundra' Korean fir adapts well to different conditions: it prefers sunny or semi-shaded growing locations. It's undemanding in terms of soil and moisture but prefers moister and fertile soils, and does not tolerate standing water. 'Tundra' is perfectly suited for cultivation in both private gardens and public landscaping areas.
