A new variety with an interesting flower colour. The flowers are of an original shape, large and double, lilac-pink in colour, 12–15 cm in diameter, with elliptical, softly toned lilac-pink sepals with darker tips and yellow anthers on white filaments. New growth is purple. It flowers from May to August. It attaches to supports using twining leaf petioles. Reaches a height of 1.5–2 metres. Prefers semi-shaded, moist, humus-rich soils with good drainage. Ideal for growing on various types of supports such as gazebos, trellises, frames, or natural supports like trees and shrubs. Hardiness zone 4.
