Wisteria ‘Longwood Purple’ is a frost-hardy, profusely and repeat-flowering American shrub wisteria variety (Wisteria frutescens) with striking light purple, fragrant flowers borne in long clusters (up to 20–30 cm). The flowers appear in spring and summer, attracting pollinators. The plant grows quickly to 6–10 metres, requires sunlight and fertile soil, and adapts easily to a temperate climate.
