Description: 'Inka' is one of the best dessert peach varieties, bred in Poland. It is highly valued for its reliability and excellent fruit quality. The fruits are very large (often over 150g), oval, with a dark yellow skin covered by a marbled red blush. The flesh is creamy-yellow, juicy, firm, and easily separates from the stone. It has a rich, sweet-tart flavor. 'Inka' is a self-fertile variety that blooms in late April or early May. It shows good resistance to frost and diseases. Prefers sunny, wind-protected sites and fertile, moderately moist soil. Ideal for both fresh eating and preserves.
