Description: 'Mini Piemont' is a unique dwarf sour cherry variety that brings a generous harvest to even the smallest gardens. It grows as a compact, columnar or bushy tree, reaching a maximum height of less than 2 meters, making it perfect for large terrace pots or small garden patches. In spring, it is covered in a cloud of white blossoms. The fruits are bright red, medium-sized, and have the classic tangy-sweet sour cherry flavor that is perfect for jams, juices, and baking. It is a self-fertile variety, very hardy, and shows good resistance to typical cherry diseases. Prefers a sunny to partially shaded position with well-drained soil.
