Description: Strawberry ‘Honey’ is a mid-early, non-remontant variety. It is known for its high yield and tasty fruits. The berries are large, bright red, and weigh around 35–40 g. The flavor is sweet and sour. This variety has almost no aroma. The flesh is light pink with moderate firmness. The bushes are strong and lush, with large, slightly wrinkled leaves. When fresh, the strawberries can be stored for 3–4 days without losing their marketable appearance.
