Fragaria x ananassa Kupchikha

Size: P-9

Plant age: 0+ y.

Strawberry ‘Kupchikha’ is a popular zemklubnika (a hybrid of strawberry and wild strawberry), known for its large (15–25 g), elongated, dark red berries with a violet tint. The berries have a sweet, muscat-like flavor and a pronounced wild strawberry aroma. The variety is valued for its low maintenance requirements, high winter hardiness (down to –25 °C), resistance to diseases and pests, and excellent transportability. It fruits in the mid-season period (late June to early July). The berries are versatile in use and store well.
