Description: This late-ripening variety was developed in Scotland and is especially suitable for cooler, moist areas. Strawberry Symphony is a vigorous, high-yielding plant that grows up to 40 cm tall. It has dark green, large, stiff leaves that densely cover the plant. The roots penetrate deeply into the soil, up to 30 cm. Runners are moderately produced. The flower stalks are strong and numerous. Strawberry Symphony produces medium to large-sized, conical, bright red berries. The fruits are firm and juicy with an excellent strawberry flavor. The peak of fruiting occurs in July. The berries are outstanding fresh and also in preserves.
