Description:
Medium early, high-yielding garden pea variety resistant to diseases. Plants are 70–80 cm tall.
Produces 3 pods on one internode.
Pods are approx. 8 cm long with 7–8 large peas. Peas are consumed fresh, may be preserved, or frozen.
Grows best in medium heavy soil permeable to water and air.
After germination, may withstand frost up to –4 °C.
Peas should not be grown in the same soil year after year. Rotation on at least a 4–5 year basis should be practiced.
