Enjoy a long and abundant blooming period throughout the summer. These perennials thrive in permeable, moist, but well-drained soil, ideally located in a sunny, windless setting.
Begin planting the rhizomes in March or April using a peat substrate or light compost. Transition the plants outdoors once the risk of frost is gone, ensuring they are planted at a depth of 10–15 cm. Note: These plants require specific care, including no overwintering in the soil. Indian shots should be carefully dug up in the second half of September.
To store, dry the rhizomes thoroughly and keep them in a room maintained at a temperature between 4 to 6 °C during the winter months.
